His mother was wrong, he doesn’t really like gums that much but he really love the guy who gave that gum to him. Three days ago, Bunta gave that strip to him when they rode the bus after the Kantou tournament. He wanted to sleep on his seat to forget his depression after losing against Fuji Syusuke. But Bunta wanted to have a chat with him and gave two strips of gum instead, so that he won’t fall asleep during the ride. Akaya chewed one of the strips and he placed the other one in his pocket. He felt like he can taste his Marui-senpai’s mouth by chewing apple green gum. And he can taste the same sensation again as he chewed the other gum he kept in his pocket. He flopped himself on the floor and stared at the ceiling. He wondered how Bunta’s mouth tastes like.

He closed his eyes, distracted by the illumination of light bulb. By chewing the gum in his mouth, he remembered Bunta’s face, always jolly whenever they were together. He wanted to go back to the past and change the place of their first date, where no Akutagawa Jirou can interrupt their date and where no doubts and jealousy can destroy their relationship.

He stopped chewing. His lips were touching someone’s. He wanted to open his eyes but he doesn’t want to separate his lips from it. He was tasting great flavor of apple green gum aside from what he was chewing. He imagined Marui-senpai was kissing him, but he decided to open his eyes when he felt the sweet tongue in his mouth. His face was full red of embarrassment. He wasn’t just imagining, but the real Bunta was really kissing him.(с)
